Origin Story

The UMP-45 | Facility Dark, released on September 1, 2018, as part of The 2018 Nuke Collection during the FACEIT 2018 - Ways to Watch update, features a blue hydrographic pattern resembling a nuclear power plant. This design aligns with the industrial theme of the Nuke map. As a Consumer Grade item, it functions as a budget-friendly option within its collection, often sought by those looking to complete the 2018 Nuke set. Drop Chance

UMP-45 | Facility Dark is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It has appeared across 11 tournament packages, most recently the Rio 2022 Nuke Souvenir Package, Shanghai 2024 Nuke Souvenir Package, and Stockholm 2021 Nuke Souvenir Package.


Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The 2018 Nuke Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Consumer Grade skins like Facility Dark are a small fraction of total package contents. There are 4 other Consumer Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. New copies only enter the market when a recipient chooses to open their package, so supply trickles in over time even after the tournament ends.

Skin Condition

Float range 0 to 0.5. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Factory New ($0.08): The blue hydrographic pattern is fully intact with crisp lines, displaying the deepest and cleanest blue on the main body.
• Minimal Wear ($0.04): The overall look remains very close to Factory New, with strong blue color and clear nuclear-plant pattern, showing only faint wear on the most exposed corners.
• Field-Tested ($0.03): Noticeably more edge wear and small abrasions appear on the body, especially around the front and top of the receiver and near the magazine well, while the blue tones may appear slightly dulled.
• Well-Worn ($0.04): The hydrographic pattern shows heavier chipping along edges, and the dark undercoat may start to show through on high-contact areas, giving the industrial feel a more "beat up" and worn appearance.

It was originally distributed through Souvenir Packages, specifically the Antwerp 2022 Nuke Souvenir Package, Austin 2025 Nuke Souvenir Package, Berlin 2019 Nuke Souvenir Package, Budapest 2025 Nuke Souvenir Package, Copenhagen 2024 Nuke Souvenir Package, Katowice 2019 Nuke Souvenir Package, London 2018 Nuke Souvenir Package, Paris 2023 Nuke Souvenir Package, Rio 2022 Nuke Souvenir Package, Shanghai 2024 Nuke Souvenir Package, and Stockholm 2021 Nuke Souvenir Package, which were awarded to viewers during Major tournaments. Since these tournaments have concluded, new souvenir packages are no longer being distributed. Consequently, players today acquire this skin by purchasing existing copies from the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or various case-opening and skin-trading sites.
