The PP-Bizon | Anolis, released on September 22, 2021, arrived with Operation Riptide as part of The 2021 Mirage Collection. This skin features a green and black hydrographic lizard scale pattern, giving the weapon a distinctive reptilian look. Its design is most prominent on the large cylindrical magazine and handguard, which are highly visible during gameplay. As a Consumer Grade item from a map collection, it is primarily sought after by budget-conscious buyers and collectors aiming to complete Mirage-themed souvenir sets.

These packages, such as the Antwerp 2022 Mirage Souvenir Package, Austin 2025 Mirage Souvenir Package, Budapest 2025 Mirage Souvenir Package, Copenhagen 2024 Mirage Souvenir Package, Paris 2023 Mirage Souvenir Package, Rio 2022 Mirage Souvenir Package, Shanghai 2024 Mirage Souvenir Package, and Stockholm 2021 Mirage Souvenir Package, were awarded to viewers watching live Major matches. Since these tournaments have concluded, new souvenir packages are no longer being distributed. Consequently, the only way to acquire this skin today is by purchasing existing copies from other players on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or specialized CS2 skin trading sites.
