Origin Story

The MP7 | Astrolabe, released on October 4, 2024, as part of The Armory update, features a metallic design applied over a dark-colored base. Its visual identity, suggested by the "Astrolabe" name and the in-game description, likely evokes technical diagrams or schematic-style graphics. This aesthetic aligns with its inclusion in The Graphic Design Collection. As a newer addition, its appeal is primarily driven by its unique visual elements and its role as a fresh option for the MP7.

Drop Chance

• Factory New ($41.51): The metallic design is crisp and fully intact over the dark base, with no visible scratches.
• Minimal Wear ($0.69): Very slight edge wear may appear on protruding parts, but the metallic design remains highly readable and the dark base shows negligible fading.
• Field-Tested ($0.38): More noticeable scuffing and micro-scratches appear on high-contact surfaces, and the dark base may appear slightly dulled.
• Well-Worn ($0.24): Chipping and wear on edges and corners become prominent, and parts of the metallic overlay may look broken or partially worn away.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.20): Heavy, widespread wear and exposed base material are visible, with the dark base appearing significantly faded or blotchy, and metallic elements interrupted.
