Origin Story

The AWP | Printstream, released on April 1, 2025, as part of the Spring Forward update and The Fever Collection, features a stark black and white design. The visual identity of the skin is reinforced by its flavor text, which directly references its white, black, and pearlescent elements. StatTrak is available for this skin.

Drop Chance

AWP | Printstream is Covert, a Red-tier skin, the rarest standard drop grade. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the The Fever Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Covert drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds. • Well-Worn ($62.67): Significant wear and scratches are visible across the body, leading to a more muted appearance of the pearlescent elements.
• Battle-Scarred ($64.49): The black and white finish shows extensive wear, with large areas scuffed and scratched, though the underlying design is still discernible.

Printstream uses the current AWP model, added with Spring Forward on April 1, 2025. The Gunsmith finish responds to CS2's dynamic lighting.

How to Obtain

The AWP | Printstream is primarily obtained by opening a Fever Case. As a Covert rarity skin, it is also a potential outcome of trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Fever Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. Players can also acquire this skin directly from the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or various case-opening and skin-trading sites.
