Origin Story

The SG 553 | Basket Halftone, released on April 1, 2025, as part of the Spring Forward update, introduces a distinct orange halftone pattern to the rifle. This Industrial Grade skin from The Radiant Collection features a spray-paint finish, giving it a graphic, almost comic-book-like appearance. Its design focuses on a bold, singular color application that covers the weapon's visible surfaces. The skin provides a straightforward, visually clean option for players who prefer a vibrant, no-frills aesthetic on their SG 553.

Drop Chance

SG 553 | Basket Halftone is Industrial Grade, a common skin tier, one step above Consumer Grade. • Minimal Wear ($0.09): The pattern remains strongly intact, showing only light wear on high-contact points like the front handguard and magazine edges, with the orange still reading clearly.
• Field-Tested ($0.05): Noticeable but moderate wear appears on edges and corners, with small bare-metal patches beginning to break up the orange halftone in high-contact areas, though the overall pattern is still clearly visible.
• Well-Worn ($0.05): Heavier chipping is present on prominent edges, with more of the base material exposed and the orange halftone pattern appearing more broken and muted, particularly toward the muzzle and magazine lip.
