Origin Story

The FAMAS Cyanospatter, released on November 27, 2013, as part of the "Out with the old, in with the new" update, features a distinctive hydrographic finish. Its marbleized pattern, dominated by cyan and dark grey, gives the weapon a unique visual texture. This Industrial Grade skin is part of The Lake Collection, an early map collection. It serves as a budget-friendly and utilitarian option for players looking for a visually appealing FAMAS.

Drop Chance

FAMAS | Cyanospatter is Industrial Grade, a common skin tier, one step above Consumer Grade. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Lake Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Industrial Grade drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds. There are 4 other Industrial Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. Most copies enter the market through trade-up contracts or direct purchase at a listed seller's price.

Skin Condition

Float range 0.06 to 0.8. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Factory New ($22.91): The cyan splatter pattern is crisp and vibrant, with the hydrographic finish appearing intact and glossy across the receiver and handguard.
• Minimal Wear ($0.32): Cyan and blue tones remain highly saturated, though very slight edge softening or micro-scratches may be present on sharp corners, particularly on the handguard.
• Field-Tested ($0.07): Noticeable edge wear and mild fading appear on the front handguard and top of the receiver, giving the cyan pattern a less pristine look.
• Well-Worn ($0.08): Heavier chipping along edges and corners exposes more of the darker basecoat, making the cyan splatter appear duller and more fragmented.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.08): Significant wear causes large areas of the hydrographic pattern to be missing or heavily faded, resulting in a muted cyan coloration and a rough, heavily used appearance.

Model

Cyanospatter uses the legacy FAMAS model, introduced with Out with the old, in with the new on November 27, 2013. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The FAMAS | Cyanospatter is part of The Lake Collection and can be obtained as a rare end-of-match drop from maps associated with this collection. Players can also acquire it through trade-up contracts, exchanging ten lower-rarity skins from The Lake Collection for a chance at this Industrial Grade skin. Additionally, a Souvenir version exists, found within Lake Souvenir Packages. For direct purchase, both standard and Souvenir versions are readily available on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, and various CS2 skin trading sites.
