Origin Story

The USP-S | Forest Leaves comes from Counter-Strike’s early skin era, debuting as part of the original Lake Collection. As one of the game’s first camouflage-themed USP-S finishes, it embodies the classic woodland aesthetic that dominated early CS:GO skin design. Its foliage-inspired pattern was created to blend naturally into outdoor environments–reflecting the tactical, grounded style of the game’s early years.

Drop Chance

USP-S | Forest Leaves is obtained via The Safehouse Collection’s legacy souvenir/collection packages – not from a weapon case – and Valve does not publish drop-rate data for collection-based items.

Current supply: Comes exclusively from existing inventory, previous souvenir drops, or the secondary market (trading, resale, etc.).

Since it was released long before CS2, it was built around the classic USP-S silhouette, which features sharper edges and a less refined surface geometry. In CS2, the finish is automatically mapped onto the updated model, giving it slightly smoother shading and a more polished overall appearance, but its origins remain firmly rooted in the legacy design.

How to Obtain

This skin is exclusively available through the Lake Collection, which cannot be opened through cases. Instead, it appears as a drop from in-game loot drops, Operation drops, or trade-up contracts that include Lake-Collection inputs.
