Origin Story

The Karambit | Safari Mesh debuted on August 14, 2013, as part of The Arms Deal update. Its design features a spray-painted finish, created using mesh fencing and cardboard cutouts as stencils. This utilitarian aesthetic is captured by its flavor text, "A predator is a predator, no matter the environment." The skin's float range allows it to appear in all wear conditions from Factory New to Battle-Scarred.

Drop Chance

Karambit | Safari Mesh is a knife-tier skin, so standard Valve rarity odds don't apply. Knives drop at a combined rate of approximately 0.26% from supported cases before accounting for which knife type and finish you get. Valve doesn't publish individual knife or phase probabilities.

Float range 0.06 to 0.8. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is available in FN, MW, FT, WW, BS.

Safari Mesh uses the legacy Karambit model, introduced with The Arms Deal on August 14, 2013. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

Knives are exceptionally rare drops, with a combined drop rate of approximately 0.26% from cases. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. Players can also purchase this knife directly from the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or case-opening sites.
