Origin Story

The P2000 | Grassland, released on July 1, 2014, as part of Operation Breakout, is a pistol skin from The Overpass Collection. It features individual parts spray-painted in solid colors, creating a grassland color scheme. This design gives the P2000 a utilitarian and camouflaged appearance.

Drop Chance

P2000 | Grassland is Industrial Grade, a common skin tier, one step above Consumer Grade. It has appeared across 18 tournament packages, most recently the Paris 2023 Overpass Souvenir Package, Rio 2022 Overpass Souvenir Package, and Stockholm 2021 Overpass Souvenir Package.


Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The Overpass Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Industrial Grade skins like Grassland are a small fraction of total package contents. There are 3 other Industrial Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. New copies only enter the market when a recipient chooses to open their package, so supply trickles in over time even after the tournament ends.

Float range 0.06 to 0.8. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Minimal Wear ($3.54): Minor scuffs may appear on the edges of the slide and grip.
• Field-Tested ($1.85): Noticeable wear begins to show on the pistol's edges and high-traffic areas.

• Battle-Scarred ($1.79): The green color is heavily worn, with large areas showing substantial degradation.

Grassland uses the legacy P2000 model, introduced with Operation Breakout on July 1, 2014. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The P2000 | Grassland is exclusively available as a Souvenir skin, originally obtained from special Souvenir Packages. These packages, such as the Antwerp 2022 Overpass Souvenir Package or the Copenhagen 2024 Overpass Souvenir Package, were awarded to viewers during Major tournaments when watching matches on the Overpass map. Since these tournaments have concluded, new packages are no longer distributed. Today, players primarily acquire this skin by purchasing it directly from other players on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or various CS2 skin trading sites.
