Origin Story

The MAG-7 | Seabird was released on May 26, 2015, as part of The Chop Shop Collection during Operation Bloodhound. This shotgun skin features individual parts spray-painted in solid aqua and tan colors, giving it a clean, segmented look. As a Consumer Grade item from an operation-era collection, it offers a simple yet distinct aesthetic. The Seabird's design focuses on clear color blocking across the weapon's body.

Drop Chance

MAG-7 | Seabird is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Chop Shop Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Consumer Grade drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds. There are 3 other Consumer Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. Most copies enter the market through trade-up contracts or direct purchase at a listed seller's price.

• Factory New ($12.83): The aqua and tan panels appear clean, solid, and saturated with crisp edges on the receiver and pump.
• Minimal Wear ($5.36): Colors remain bright and solid, with only minor edge wear beginning on sharp corners of the receiver and pump.
• Field-Tested ($4.50): Noticeable chipping appears on leading edges of the receiver and pump, making the aqua and tan fields look less pristine with exposed dark base metal.
• Well-Worn ($3.91): Extensive edge wear with larger patches of exposed metal along the receiver and pump, though the aqua and tan colors remain visible.
• Battle-Scarred ($3.50): Widespread chipping and large exposed-metal areas heavily erode the aqua and tan blocks, especially on the front and edges.

Seabird uses the legacy MAG-7 model, introduced with Operation Bloodhound on May 26, 2015. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.
