Origin Story

This skin was released on May 26, 2015, as part of The Rising Sun Collection during Operation Bloodhound. Its design showcases repeating bamboo stalks and leaves across the weapon's body, particularly visible on the side and drum magazine. The muted green and off-white palette provides a calm, organic aesthetic.

Drop Chance

PP-Bizon | Bamboo Print is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Rising Sun Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Consumer Grade drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds. There are 4 other Consumer Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. Most copies enter the market through trade-up contracts or direct purchase at a listed seller's price.

• Factory New ($27.21): The bamboo pattern appears sharp and fully intact, with vibrant greens and a clean, light background, showing minimal or no visible edge wear.
• Minimal Wear ($17.06): The overall pattern remains very clean, with only slight wear beginning on sharp edges like the muzzle and magazine rim, while the bamboo art stays fully legible.
• Field-Tested ($14.49): Noticeable edge chipping and light surface scratches appear across the receiver and magazine, causing the bamboo design to look slightly faded and interrupted in high-contact zones.
• Well-Worn ($13.71): More substantial wear affects edges and some flat areas, with bamboo segments appearing partially chipped away along the front of the weapon and the magazine.
• Battle-Scarred ($11.50): Heavy wear is present on high-contact parts, with large sections of the bamboo print thinned, patchy, or partially missing, giving the skin an overall darker and more washed-out look.

Bamboo Print uses the legacy PP-Bizon model, introduced with Operation Bloodhound on May 26, 2015. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

As a legacy collection item, it is no longer available as a regular active-duty map drop in modern CS2.
