This design was introduced on September 17, 2015, as part of The Shadow Collection, an update that also brought new gameplay elements to CS2. The MP7 | Special Delivery is primarily obtained by opening a Shadow Case. Players can also acquire this Restricted rarity skin through trade-up contracts, by exchanging ten lower-rarity skins from The Shadow Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
