The Tec-9 | Jambiya emerged from The Wildfire Collection, released on February 18, 2016, alongside Operation Wildfire. Its design features hand-painted and laser-etched Middle Eastern patterns, giving it an ornamental appearance. The skin's flavor text, "Shahrazad told 1000 tales... this is the last one you'll hear," hints at its exotic and final nature. This skin is recognized as a premium, niche pistol option for players seeking a distinctive aesthetic.

Drop Chance

Tec-9 | Jambiya is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. From the Operation Wildfire Case: approximately 13.32% per opening (roughly 1 in 8). The 79.92% Mil-Spec tier rate is split across 6 Mil-Spec skins in the case. StatTrak versions drop at ~1.33% from the Operation Wildfire Case (about 1 in 75). The Tec-9 | Jambiya is primarily obtained by opening an Operation Wildfire Case. While the Operation Wildfire Case is no longer an active drop, it can still be acquired on the Steam Community Market or third-party marketplaces. Players can also obtain this Mil-Spec pistol through trade-up contracts, using ten lower-rarity skins from The Wildfire Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, the skin is readily available on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, and various case-opening or skin-trading sites.
