Origin Story

The Dual Berettas | Shred features a design of white and blue streaks spray-painted onto a black base. Released in 2018 as part of The Horizon Collection with the A New Horizon update, this skin is recognized for its distinct visual style. It is a Mil-Spec pistol skin from a collection that also introduced several higher-profile items. The Shred is generally considered a budget-friendly sidearm option.

• Field-Tested ($0.70): More noticeable wear appears on the slide edges and high-contact areas, with some of the black base beginning to show through the white and blue streaks.
• Well-Worn ($0.41): Heavier chipping is present on the edges and some broader worn patches, leading to more fragmented white and blue streaks and larger areas of exposed black base.

Model

Shred uses the legacy Dual Berettas model, introduced with A New Horizon on August 3, 2018. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The Dual Berettas | Shred is primarily obtained by opening the Horizon Case. As a Mil-Spec rarity skin, it can also be acquired through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Horizon Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, players can find this skin on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or various case-opening and skin-trading sites.
