Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The 2018 Inferno Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Industrial Grade skins like Calf Skin are a small fraction of total package contents. There are 3 other Industrial Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. New copies only enter the market when a recipient chooses to open their package, so supply trickles in over time even after the tournament ends.

The MAC-10 | Calf Skin is exclusively available as a Souvenir item, originally distributed in souvenir packages like the London 2018 Inferno Souvenir Package and Berlin 2019 Inferno Souvenir Package. These packages were awarded to viewers during past Major tournaments when watching matches played on the Inferno map. Since these tournaments have concluded, new souvenir packages are no longer being distributed. Consequently, players today acquire this skin by purchasing existing copies from the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or case-opening sites.
