Origin Story

The Tec-9 | Tornado, released on September 19, 2013, as part of Operation Bravo and The Alpha Collection, features a distinctive spray-painted solid color scheme. Its in-game description notes it as "a memento from Ali" with individual parts spray-painted in a tornado color scheme. This design gives the weapon a muted gray-beige and light brown palette, with darker accents on the magazine and grip. Drop Chance

Tec-9 | Tornado is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Alpha Collection item pool.
