Origin Story

The M249 | Aztec, released on October 18, 2019, as part of The CS20 Collection, brings an ancient, weathered aesthetic to the heavy machine gun. Its design features parts that appear rusted and covered in moss, as if recently excavated from ruins. This visual identity gives the M249 a distinct, aged green-brown stone and ruin palette. The skin was introduced alongside the Cache and Release update.
