Origin Story

The M249 | Jungle features individual parts spray-painted with solid colors in a jungle color scheme, creating a simple, utilitarian camouflage look. It was released on November 19, 2019, as part of The St. Marc Collection during Operation Shattered Web. This skin is characterized by its large blocks of muted green, tan, and dark neutral tones across the weapon's body. The most visible elements in first-person view are the solid green segments of the receiver and upper body, along with the contrasting darker tones of the ammo belt and box area.

Drop Chance

M249 | Jungle is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the St. Marc Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Consumer Grade drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds.
