Urban Masked uses the legacy Nomad Knife model, introduced with Operation Shattered Web on November 19, 2019. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

The Nomad Knife | Urban Masked can be acquired as a rare special item from opening a Fracture Case or Snakebite Case. It was originally introduced as a rare drop from the now-discontinued Shattered Web Case. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
