Its blade features a forced patina, achieved by dripping lemon and mustard onto the surface, resulting in a worn, tarnished metal appearance. This finish gives the knife a distinctly aged and grimy look, setting it apart from more pristine or brightly colored designs. Stained uses the legacy Survival Knife model, introduced with Operation Shattered Web on November 19, 2019. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The Survival Knife | Stained is available as a rare special item from the Shattered Web Case, Fracture Case, and Snakebite Case. Knives are a rare drop from these cases, separate from the standard weapon skin pool. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
