The SSG 08 | Parallax was released on December 3, 2020, as part of The Operation Broken Fang Collection. Its custom paint job features colors applied in offset positions, creating an eye-popping look with vibrant cyan, purple, and yellow-orange accents against dark paneling. This geometric design is particularly noticeable on the scope and rear body, making the pattern stand out while aiming. As a Restricted-tier skin from a past operation, it holds a collector-oriented appeal within the SSG lineup.

• Field-Tested ($5.09): Noticeable scratching and wear appear on outer edges, the barrel, and high-contact surfaces, with colors losing some perceived saturation due to exposed darker base material. The geometric pattern remains fully legible.
• Well-Worn ($4.03): Heavier edge and surface wear is present, especially on the barrel, muzzle, and leading parts of the receiver, with more of the darker base showing through and colors appearing more muted.
• Battle-Scarred ($3.93): Extensive scratching, chipping, and exposed base material cover much of the weapon, with color panels appearing significantly faded and broken up by wear. This is the cheapest entry point into owning the skin.

As a Restricted skin, it can also be acquired through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Operation Broken Fang Collection.
