The SG 553 | Damascus Steel features parts crafted from Damascus steel, giving it a distinctive patterned appearance. It was released on November 27, 2013, as part of The Dust 2 Collection, coinciding with the "Out with the old, in with the new" update.

Drop Chance

SG 553 | Damascus Steel is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. It has appeared across 11 tournament packages, most recently the Katowice 2019 Dust II Souvenir Package, London 2018 Dust II Souvenir Package, and MLG Columbus 2016 Dust II Souvenir Package.

Since these tournaments have concluded, new packages are no longer being distributed.
