Origin Story

The XM1014 CaliCamo, released on November 27, 2013, as part of the "Out with the old, in with the new" update, is a shotgun skin from The Italy Collection. It features a VariCamo patterned hydrographic, painting the weapon in muted, military-style camouflage colors. This design gives the XM1014 a distinct combat-ready appearance. The skin's flavor text, "Rebuilding only comes in the wake of destruction," hints at the rugged nature of its aesthetic.

Drop Chance

XM1014 | CaliCamo is Industrial Grade, a common skin tier, one step above Consumer Grade. It appeared in the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package.


Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The Italy Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Industrial Grade skins like CaliCamo are a small fraction of total package contents. New copies only enter the market when a recipient chooses to open their package, so supply trickles in over time even after the tournament ends.

Skin Condition

Float range 0 to 0.6. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Factory New ($0.96): The VariCamo pattern is fully intact with sharp edges and maximum color saturation across the receiver and upper handguard, showing no visible scratching.
• Minimal Wear ($0.32): The camo pattern remains entirely clear, with only minor wear appearing on sharp edges and high-contact areas, which does not significantly disrupt the design.
• Field-Tested ($0.16): Noticeable wear begins on exposed edges of the receiver and around the barrel, with some dulling of the green, brown, and tan colors and small areas where the hydrographic is worn through.
• Well-Worn ($0.15): The hydrographic layer shows significant chipping along edges and raised areas, with more exposed base surface and overall colors appearing more washed-out and faded.

CaliCamo uses the legacy XM1014 model, introduced with Out with the old, in with the new on November 27, 2013. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

The XM1014 | CaliCamo is exclusively available as a Souvenir skin, originating from the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. These packages were historically awarded to viewers during early CS:GO Major tournaments when Italy was an active map.
