Origin Story

The SCAR-20 | Trail Blazer, released on October 4, 2024, is part of The Gallery Collection, introduced with The Armory update. This skin features a monochrome black design with silver inlays, as described in its in-game text. Its flavor text, "FOR USE BY AUTHORIZED CT AGENTS ONLY," reinforces its counter-terrorist affiliation. As a Mil-Spec skin with a Gunsmith finish, it offers a clean black and silver aesthetic for players.

• Field-Tested ($0.50): Noticeable wear appears on front-facing edges and high-contact surfaces, with more visible metal showing through the black parts, slightly muting the monochrome effect.
• Well-Worn ($0.34): The black coating on prominent edges and panels is heavily chipped, exposing more of the underlying metal and giving the skin a noticeably distressed look.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.25): The base material dominates large sections of the weapon, with the black paint and silver inlays significantly faded and scratched, disrupting the monochrome theme.

The SCAR-20 | Trail Blazer is primarily found by opening the Gallery Case. As a Mil-Spec grade skin, it can also be acquired through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Gallery Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking.
