Origin Story

The AUG | Commando Company, released on April 1, 2025, with the Spring Forward update, is a part of The Boreal Collection. This skin features a green hydrographic flecktarn camouflage pattern, as described in-game. Its flavor text playfully notes that "Flecktarn means 'spot camouflage', or exactly what you WON'T be doing," highlighting its intended purpose. The design utilizes various shades of green in a mottled pattern, consistent with military camouflage treatments.

Drop Chance

AUG | Commando Company is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It can drop as an end-of-match reward from active competitive play on the Boreal Collection item pool. Map drops follow a weighted rarity system that heavily favors common grades, so Consumer Grade drops are uncommon and Valve doesn't publish per-skin odds. There are 11 other Consumer Grade skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. Most copies enter the market through trade-up contracts or direct purchase at a listed seller's price.

Float range 0 to 0.65. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Factory New ($0.06): The green flecktarn camouflage pattern appears sharp and fully saturated across the handguard, receiver, and scope assembly.
• Minimal Wear ($0.03): The overall appearance remains very close to Factory New, with the first faint edge wear beginning on high-contact areas like the handguard corners.
• Field-Tested ($0.03): More apparent wear is visible on edges and corners, with the green camo colors looking slightly dulled overall, especially on the front of the weapon.
• Well-Worn ($0.03): Noticeably heavier chipping appears along front edges and high-touch surfaces, and the green flecktarn pattern can look patchy in some areas.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.03): The hydrographic layer is heavily worn, with substantial areas of the green flecktarn pattern missing or faded, showing more of the darker underlayer.
