Origin Story

The M9 Bayonet | Forest DDPAT was introduced on August 14, 2013, as part of The Arms Deal update, making it one of the earliest knife finishes in CS2. Its design features a Digital Disruptive Pattern (DDPAT) hydrographic, presenting a pixelated woodland camouflage across the blade and handle. This military-style camo is a classic option for players who appreciate a tactical aesthetic. The flavor text, "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late," reinforces its close-quarters combat theme. How to Obtain

The M9 Bayonet | Forest DDPAT is obtained as a rare special item from original CS:GO Weapon Cases (1, 2, and 3), which are now part of the rare drop pool in CS2. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. Since these cases are no longer actively dropping, new supply is limited.
