Origin Story

The MAC-10 Urban DDPAT, released on August 14, 2013, as part of The Arms Deal update, features a Digital Disruptive Pattern (DDPAT) hydrographic. This urban camouflage design, characterized by its muted grey, black, and off-white pixel blocks, gives the weapon a tactical appearance. As part of The Vertigo Collection, this skin is generally regarded as a common, low-tier option. Its flavor text, "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late," hints at its subtle, close-quarters effectiveness.

Drop Chance

MAC-10 | Urban DDPAT is Consumer Grade, the most common drop tier in CS2. It appeared in the Berlin 2019 Vertigo Souvenir Package.


Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The Vertigo Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Consumer Grade skins like Urban DDPAT are a small fraction of total package contents. There is 1 other Consumer Grade skin in the collection competing for the same drop slot. New copies only enter the market when a recipient chooses to open their package, so supply trickles in over time even after the tournament ends.

• Minimal Wear ($4.26): The urban DDPAT blocks are nearly pristine, with full color depth and only small edge scuffs visible on high-contact corners. This is the best possible condition for the skin, appearing close to a theoretical Factory New.
• Field-Tested ($1.88): Noticeable but moderate wear appears as edge chipping on the receiver, barrel shroud, and stock corners, though the overall pattern remains fully readable. This tier is often a value pick, offering a good visual balance between cost and condition.
• Well-Worn ($2.88): More substantial chipping breaks up portions of the camo, with visible base metal showing through, especially on the front and receiver edges. The skin gives a used, gritty impression while still clearly displaying the Urban DDPAT pattern.
• Battle-Scarred ($1.80): Heavy edge and surface wear results in significant patches of exposed base metal, and the pixel camo pattern appears fragmented and faded across front-facing areas. This tier is typically chosen for budget reasons or by players who prefer a heavily worn aesthetic.

How to Obtain

The MAC-10 | Urban DDPAT is exclusively available as a Souvenir skin from The Vertigo Collection. It was originally obtained from Berlin 2019 Vertigo Souvenir Package and other Vertigo Souvenir Packages distributed during past CS:GO Majors when Vertigo was in the active map pool. These packages were awarded to viewers watching live Major matches. Since new packages are no longer being distributed, players primarily acquire this skin today by purchasing it directly from other players on the Steam Community Market or third-party marketplaces, or from case-opening and skin trading sites.
