Origin Story

The Bayonet | Freehand, introduced on June 16, 2016, as part of the Gamma Exposure update, features a distinctive black and purple design. This unique visual style sets it apart from many other knife finishes. The Freehand's aesthetic focuses on detailed, almost graffiti-like illustrations that cover the weapon's surface.

Drop Chance

Bayonet | Freehand is a knife-tier skin, so standard Valve rarity odds don't apply. Knives drop at a combined rate of approximately 0.26% from supported cases before accounting for which knife type and finish you get. Valve doesn't publish individual knife or phase probabilities.

Model

Freehand uses the legacy Bayonet model, introduced with Gamma Exposure on June 16, 2016. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain
