Origin Story

The Negev | Infrastructure was released on September 22, 2021, as part of Operation Riptide and is included in The 2021 Vertigo Collection. Its design features a hydrographic pattern that depicts construction, HVAC, and wiring plans for the 51st floor, as suggested by its flavor text, "All according to plan…"

Drop Chance

Negev | Infrastructure is Mil-Spec, a Blue-tier skin, less common than base collection drops. It has appeared across 6 tournament packages, most recently the Rio 2022 Vertigo Souvenir Package, Shanghai 2024 Vertigo Souvenir Package, and Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package.


Souvenir Packages are awarded to viewers watching live Major matches on the corresponding map, not opened from cases, so Valve doesn't publish per-skin drop odds. Each package contains one item from The 2021 Vertigo Collection, with rarity tiers drawn on a weighted system that heavily favors common grades, meaning Mil-Spec skins like Infrastructure are a small fraction of total package contents. There are 3 other Mil-Spec skins in the collection competing for the same drop slot. New copies only enter the market when a recipient chooses to open their package, so supply trickles in over time even after the tournament ends.

Skin Condition

Float range 0 to 0.49. Exteriors: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is not available for this skin.

• Minimal Wear ($9.00): Minor wear begins to appear on the edges, but the overall pattern remains distinct.
• Field-Tested ($7.45): Scratches and abrasions become more noticeable, particularly on higher-contact areas of the weapon.
• Well-Worn ($14.63): The hydrographic pattern shows significant fading and wear, making some details less clear.
• Battle-Scarred ($19.43): Heavy wear and discoloration obscure much of the original pattern, giving the skin a heavily used appearance.

The Negev | Infrastructure is exclusively available in Souvenir quality, originating from special Souvenir Packages. These packages, including the Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package, Antwerp 2022 Vertigo Souvenir Package, Rio 2022 Vertigo Souvenir Package, Paris 2023 Vertigo Souvenir Package, Copenhagen 2024 Vertigo Souvenir Package, and Shanghai 2024 Vertigo Souvenir Package, were awarded to viewers during live Major tournament matches. Since these tournaments have concluded, new packages are no longer distributed. Players can acquire this skin by purchasing existing copies on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or through various case-opening and skin trading sites.
