Origin Story

The Negev | Bratatat, released on July 10, 2014, as part of The eSports 2014 Summer Collection, features a custom paint job with comic book onomatopoeia and bullet holes. Its design prominently displays large "BRATATAT" text, stylized impact marks, and scattered bullet-hole graphics across the weapon's body. This skin is known for its playful, meme-leaning aesthetic, offering a colorful and quirky option for the Negev. In first-person view, the side panel and feed cover, with their vibrant comic text and colored elements, are the most visible parts of the design.

Bratatat uses the legacy Negev model, introduced with Summer is heating up on July 10, 2014. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

How to Obtain

The Negev | Bratatat is primarily obtained from opening the eSports 2014 Summer Case. While this case no longer drops in the active pool, it can be acquired through trading or marketplace purchases. Players can also acquire the skin through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity Mil-Spec skins from The eSports 2014 Summer Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. Additionally, this skin can be purchased directly from the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, or case-opening sites.
