• Well-Worn ($0.66): More extensive scuffing is present on edges and high-contact surfaces, causing sections of the lionfish pattern to appear visibly disrupted.
• Battle-Scarred ($0.66): Heavy edge wear and visible metal exposure are expected on many outer surfaces, with the lionfish striping becoming more fragmented and dull.

Lionfish uses the legacy Negev model, introduced with Welcome to the Clutch on February 16, 2018. The inspect animation and third-person appearance match the original CS:GO version.

The Negev | Lionfish is primarily obtained by opening a Clutch Case, which is no longer in the active drop pool and now drops rarely. Players can also acquire it through trade-up contracts using ten lower-rarity skins from The Clutch Collection. A StatTrak version is also available for kill tracking. For direct purchase, the skin can be found on the Steam Community Market, third-party marketplaces, and various case-opening or skin-trading sites.
